Can we have Goldfinger's post in the intro section as a sticky so dummies like me can post my knitting and sewing pictures please?

"first ensure they are reduced, ie not more than 500kb i use paint and resize 30%. then click the host an image icon in the above icon bar, click on chose file, navigate to the reduced size pic, click on it and open, then click host it, once the three address bars come up select the middle one and right click to copy, then paste into the message box, if uploading a few picsi enter twice after pasting the pic to leave a space between them click upload then just repeat the process for other pics.
