As promised, results from last weeks trip:
Out for 5 days detecting/1.5 days travel. Bogged twice - glad I had the tirfor and my extensions. 18 pieces for 12g. largest going 4.2g. Used 2 x 5k's - one running 16" N/F and one running 15"x12" commander.
Great trip, bit soggy but enjoyed all the same. Heading to Pilbara next week for 3 weeks. My mates from Para say they've had heaps on rain, so if I can get to my patches, it'll be all new ground!
Would've been interesting to take a new 14" Coiltek mono elite (camo) for a spin this trip, but no reports of success yet!!
