Here's another problem,,,,

http://golddetecting.forumotion.com/t21432-issues-i-ve-noticed-with-my-gpz-7000

I don't agree with the criticism about the "falsing" when scrubbing the ground 'cos he shouldn't be doing it. That's "abuse of the machine". But the bit about the clasp is a concern as other than "gaffer tape" etc, there's not much you can do about it.

Mine's still in my office at home and despite wandering around the garden, the workshop and the neighbours front lawn, I haven't found any gold with it@! Do these things actually work, Ray?

mate u need to get away from an excuse to perve on the neighbours daughter---u r getting on u know.

went bush last night with a mate who scares me when he walks around--let alone when he drives.

got eaten alive by flies and a few march flies that decided to suck some of my blood as well..

found about 4 grams in 5 pieces. The Mrs came out sunday morning and also pinged 2 very small pieces with the 2300.

so the moral of the story--don't worry too much what other people are writing or doing--just go bush and do your own thing and enjoy life befor u drop dead.

Les some people cant be told anything even if its written in black and white.

why u would want to abuse the coil is beyond me.

the force field around the coil is enough to send the ants running. Pity it doesn't keep the flys away.

Robert--if u read the manual u will know about the reset button--that bit of info isn't secret squirrel business--its written in the manual for all to enjoy.
However as Steve said --they are expensive to replace.
