rear spring hangers
didn't have much on again today so I thought I would give the troopy a bit of a look over and seen the spring hangers were all out of wack
jacked the chassis up and pulled the springs out from the hangers and the pins had worn through the rubbers and the pins were just starting to touch metal.
new set of rubbers on the rear and away she goes again.

next was a small problem with the radiator---getting warm about 15ks out of town and then cooling down with a bit of help by turning on the heater.
Bugger it I assume the radiator has a blockage however once it was out she had a bit of core damage and very slowly leaking--Stuffit a new radiator is on its way..
I can get one cheaper on ebay compared to my trade account with Repo.
will wait about a week and rearrange radiators again all ready for our trip down to meeka.
Look out world we r a coming.

Re: rear spring hangers
Put all new suspension through my rig a while back and when i dropped the rear leaf's from the front mounts i was confronted with a nicely worn round area into the mount, i didn't think leaving it would be a good option with new bushes so i ended up buying some thin flat washers around the same diameter and sika'd them in place.

Re: rear spring hangers
u pay good money for the bushes but at the end of the day they are cheap and easily worn, even with grease able nipples.
