Post by oneday on Wed 26 Aug 2015, 7:25 pm

tried to compile a list of some essentials to take with u into the great outback so life in the kitchen is made a hell of a lot easier with some basic ingredients....

PERSONAL INSECT & FLY SPRAY CANS
COOKING GEAR-SPATULAR-LADLE- FORK

THIS SHOULD GIVE u a basic idea of what we normally take plus a heap more.
spare socks, jocks and cloths plus some smelly stuff if working with others.

I reckon with all the gear in my troopy I would be an IGA on wheels.
to give u an idea of how much gear I have, I had to change a couple of stuffed tyres on the rear on the troopy and the 2T rated trolley jack on my hoist failed to lift the troopy..i'll have to loose weight.

enjoy

regards

Hi Oneday,

"When working with others" try vinegar in a spray bottle, this will actually kill the bacteria making the smell

We use it to cut down on the water used for showers, either use a paper towel or those blue cloths that you can tear off the roll

Very surprizing as to how well it works
