The basic method to determine the target depth of burial.

1. Do not use cell phones, bleeper and other electronic devices when detecting.

2. Keep the search coil parallel to the ground, moving slowly.

3. Firstly find the target general direction by a wide range of search mode, and then through the precise pattern to detect specific depth of the metal.

This sequence of operations can not be reversed.

Genarally speaking, the serch coil is more bigger, the detecting sensibility will be more higher.

The combination of hand hold detector and underground detector is common. underground detector is used to determine the area and hand hold detector is used to find specific position.

Its good ya haven a go Julie, but I doubt very much your detector will get to within 200mm of our good hearty Aussie ground without blowing the needle clean out of the gauge. You can send me a sample and I will make a video review to show you what I mean?

Ray are you sure you there aren't any ulterior motives involved here, you seem to be very forgiving with good ole Jules, maybe you are frantically working behind the scenes trying to get the Oz distributorship all wrapped up for yourself, or planning a trip to Shanghai soon and need a place to stay maybe ?

this "julie" has been scamming the DWAG forum also, she/he is banned from there. beware! there is also a fella from russia or somewhere similar that has recently been banned. he wanted to show us how to find gold in WA at a price of course. he can apparently using his geo skills, show you exactly where the gold is on your lease. i think he called himself borris. just be careful people.
