Hi All,
Fluffy here.  Grew up with a quarry truckie for a Dad so always loved being around earth and rocks.  Don't know why it took me so long to get into detecting (too busy with work and moving I think), but have got the bug and passed it on to my brother-in-law too!
We've been out twice gold prospecting.  No gold on the first trip in 2017 but a nice 1881 silver sixpence an old time miner had obviously lost.  2nd trip was a couple of months ago up north and we managed 4 small nuggets. Very Happy   Were pretty chuffed and trying to figure out how we can get out in the dirt again soon (work keeps getting in the way!!).

Enjoy reading the posts and I love the camp oneday has set up as I lived up north in Karratha about 20 years ago and in Darwin before that for 8 years.... miss that red dirt!

Fluffy
