Coming to Karratha

Hello to all, been lurking about for a month on the forum. You seem to be a close knit group of serious gold hunters and from your posts I am learning much.
I am a 68 yr old banged up yank who has been to your country 3 times to detect for gold and loved every moment of it. Never found alot but made some good friends and that is worth more to me than the gold. Nothing better than being out bush for a couple weeks and getting a little yellow.
Physically I don`t know how long I can continue to detect, but I will go till I can`t swing anymore and if that was my last swing I couldn`t ask for a better place as I love your country and the people I have met.
I`m looking to head your way this year and hope to meet some of you.
Is there any place in Karratha to rent a camper van? I can get one in Perth but it would be easier to fly in and rent one.
Any and all help appreciated.

comes complete with a 80 series landcruiser with four spare rims and tyres.

Sounds like an ideal set up but my finances are limited until I rake in some yellow and even then that might not be enough. Maybe we could do a daily % of the gold I find but that might not pay for your tire wear.
