tried to compile a list of some essentials to take with u into the great outback so life in the kitchen is made a hell of a lot easier with some basic ingredients....
SALT & PEPPER
SUGAR-BROWN OR WHITE
COFFEE- JAR OR SACHETS--TEA
MILK--CARTONS UHF
SPICES-JARS
MAPEL SYRUP & HONEY
VINEGAR
VEGEMITE & PEANUT BUTTER SPREAD
CURRY AND CHILLI POWDER
STOCK CUBES AND PACKETS.
FLOUR SR & PLAIN
PKT CLING WRAP-ALFOIL-BACKING PAPER
KNIVES FORKS & SPOONS WITH A FEW TEASPOONS. FIGHTING GEAR
PAPER PLATES & CERIAL PAPER BOWLS.
DISH WASHING LIQUID.
OLIVE OIL BOTTLE & SPRAY
LARGE PLATTER TRAY.
CUTTING BOARDS
BBQ TONGS, LONG HANDLE KNIFE,
2 MINUTE NOODLES
MUESLE BARS
PLASTIC CONTAINERS WITH CLIPS
MATCHES --4 BOXES
CAMP COT
BLANKET
DOONER
PILLOW
FOLDING CAMPING TABLE
LED WORK LIGHTS FOR COOKING AREA

COOKING GEAR-SPATULAR-LADLE- FORK
THIS SHOULD GIVE u a basic idea of what we normally take plus a heap more.
spare socks, jocks and cloths plus some smelly stuff if working with others.
I reckon with all the gear in my troopy I would be an IGA on wheels.
to give u an idea of how much gear I have, I had to change a couple of stuffed tyres on the rear on the troopy and the 2T rated trolley jack on my hoist failed to lift the troopy..i'll have to loose weight.

Hi Oneday,
"When working with others" try vinegar in a spray bottle, this will actually kill the bacteria making the smell
We use it to cut down on the water used for showers, either use a paper towel or those blue cloths that you can tear off the roll
Very surprizing as to how well it works
