Halls Creek Empty Halls Creek

Post by boobook Thu 09 Apr 2015, 7:28 am

Instead of pushing into the Nullabor headwind this winter, we are heading NW with a stop off at Tennant Creek then onto Halls Creek for a bit of serious look around.

Will be advising Lamboo station, looking at 40e's and there is also quite a lot of pending ground.
However, if any members have any specific info. to offer would be most grateful.
(ie, respond with results etc.)

We are well set up for remote camping, uhf, gps, nextG mobile internet/phone, satphone, topo. maps etc. and sufficient time to properly explore the region.

hi Mike.
I'm waiting for a mate of mine to get out of the slammer here in Roebourne penitentiary which should be about September.

he has a few leases up that way and wants to go for a trip, so I have planned a 2 week trip with him and maybe a couple of other blokes just to have a swing.

Hopefully his leases are still in one piece but time will tell.

Personally I haven't been up that way but hopefully time will tell.

regards
