harness pinching

don't know if anyone else is having this problem either right handed or left.
when u swing close to your body the j rod of the harness has a tendency to pinch u on the inside of your arm..

solution
split the arm and poke it through the waist part of the harness.

then reconnect the two arms again.

good thinking Ray but i have never had a issue with it pinching. maybe int the lack of slack skin i have

I used a large cable tie and strapped them to the side of my harness belt it sits flatter and makes it a bit more comfortable.

gee Mick and I thought it was only me that was having a problem..

it must be coz we are so broad in the chest department.
