I think they are putting in a 11" dd coil and the 15x12 commander.

Ray,

Somebody told me the other day that this 4500 re-release model was actually a "V2" version of the original 4500 with some new features. True or what?

This was much like the "V2" version of the old SD2100.

as far as I know its a 4500 nothing updated.
don't know what the new features are?
apart from the new Elite coil.

I was told that the "new" 4500 has "Enhance" and "Sharp" on it. AFAIK - mine has already got those settings,,,,,,,,,,,but I haven't used mine for a year or more.

Must be a misprint, the Minelab page states; Please note this product is not available in Australia or USA.
